Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a critical care professional, you will be responsible for obtaining diagnostic details that help doctors decide on further treatment for patients. Your key duties will include:
- Prepping patients for diagnostic imaging exams
- Producing high-quality x-ray films of human body parts to diagnose medical issues
- Instructing patients on proper positions to achieve accurate images
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology
- Valid state radiology registration as required by law
- Two years of X-Ray Tech experience, preferably in a critical care setting
