Job Summary

This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment, including conveyor systems, paint systems, stackers, grinders, and forklifts. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues with equipment and facilities
  • Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations
  • Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures
  • Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines
  • Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems

In addition to your technical skills, you will also provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred
  • Strong background in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance programs
  • Good organizational, communication, and planning skills
  • Aptitude to investigate and problem-solve various mechanical issues
