Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time contract position. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs): Create and implement personalized plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Conduct Assessments and Evaluations: Use standardized tests and assessments to evaluate student communication skills and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Teachers and Parents: Work closely with teachers and parents to develop and implement strategies to support student communication skills.
  • Provide Direct Therapy Services: Deliver speech therapy services to students in a one-on-one or group setting.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions.
Requirements
  • Illinois Speech Language Pathologist License: Must hold a valid Illinois Speech Language Pathologist License.
  • Experience in Speech Therapy: Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
