Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading a team of nursing professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily nursing department functions
- Ensure nursing personnel follow job descriptions and adhere to established policies and procedures
- Participate in facility surveys and quality improvement initiatives as requested
- Conduct daily rounds to maintain nursing standards and ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients
Requirements:
- Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care with managerial experience preferred
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
