Job Summary
We are seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Naples. As a key member of our Food and Beverage & Culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party
- Seat guests by finding a clean, available table; pulling out chairs; placing clean/current menu in front of guest, etc.
- Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-1 year of related experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
