Key Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring a designated group of residents during your shift, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Observing, reporting, and documenting any changes in residents' conditions, including skin integrity, behavior, alertness, weight, dietary habits, and participation in activities.
- Responding promptly to security alerts and resident call systems.
- Informing supervisors of any residents with increased care requirements.
- Assisting with continence management and ensuring proper disposal of all related products to maintain sanitation.
- Serving and collecting meal trays, assisting as necessary, and reporting any refusals or changes in appetite.
- Guiding residents to safety during fire emergencies.
- Completing assigned resident laundry tasks.
- Maintaining cleanliness in residents' rooms and work areas.
- Practicing high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health.
- Supporting residents in maintaining their independence while promoting dignity and safety.
- Engaging residents in activities of daily living (such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating) as directed.
- Facilitating and participating in life enrichment activities.
- Welcoming and assisting visitors, family members, residents, vendors, and team members as needed.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

While we encourage ongoing learning and development, there are essential qualifications for this position, including but not limited to:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Required certifications, licenses, and registrations:
- Nurse's Aide certification is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Completion of a background check is mandatory.
