At Gaylor Electric, we're committed to delivering exceptional results and building a talented team that shares our vision. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a critical role in shaping our workforce strategy and identifying top talent to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent for our operations.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers to understand staffing needs and create effective workforce plans.
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with local candidate sources, including associations, trade schools, colleges, and universities.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or Construction Management.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on executive-level positions and the construction trades.
- Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of workforce planning and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other relevant technology tools.
