Job Summary:

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Boat Detailer to join our team. As a Boat Detailer, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of detailing for our boats and ATVs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash, clean, wax, and vacuum interiors of boats to ensure they are in pristine condition for customer pickups and display.
  • Ensure all components on the unit are in proper working order, including engines, electrical systems, and other critical systems.
  • Maintain an updated list of boat delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of boats to customers.
  • Perform grounds maintenance as required to keep our facilities clean and organized.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in detailing or a related field highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
