Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Conveyor Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex mechanical and electrical issues within conveyor systems and other warehouse machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily maintenance of conveyor systems, MHE batteries, and battery stations, including watering and upkeep.
  • Conduct general housekeeping and facility maintenance to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to maintain a safe and functional work environment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on fire extinguishers, dock doors, dock levelers, and other miscellaneous general warehouse equipment.
  • Work with maintenance staff to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues within conveyor systems and other warehouse machinery.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of conveyor maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to work at heights between 5 ft - 30 ft from the ground using harnesses, railings, platforms, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
