- Engage in teamwork to achieve project goals and participate in discussions aimed at improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding work progress, quality, and safety concerns.
- Conduct routine inspections of products and processes to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Assemble and install components using hand tools, air tools, and power tools, following precise work instructions.
- Connect and fit parts as per guidelines, ensuring operational integrity.
- Assist in the maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
- Support the training of fellow team members as necessary.
Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED, with additional community college education being advantageous. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Physical Requirements:Individuals must be capable of performing the following tasks for up to 10 hours per shift:
- Complete required assessment testing.
- Engage in various physical activities including walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
- Lift and carry weights ranging from 15 to 45 pounds.
- Utilize hands and fingers repetitively and possess depth perception skills.
- Distinguish between basic colors and shades.
