Join Our Team: HealthCare Connections, Inc. is seeking a talented Quality Assurance Specialist - Day Shift to oversee the quality management and administrative functions for our laboratory.
Salary: $92,000-$110,000 per year, based on qualifications.
This role involves managing policy development and implementation, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance. The successful candidate will supervise laboratory supervisors, clinical staff, and support staff.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for quality management.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining quality standards.
- Supervising laboratory staff and providing guidance on quality-related matters.
- Participating in hospital quality assurance programs and reviewing QC & QA programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- ASCP or equivalent certification.
- 5 years of experience in management or quality department preferred.
