Position Overview

Rosboro Company, LLC is looking to hire full-time Custom Adhesive Operators at our Custom Glulam Plant. Candidates should be prepared to master the following responsibilities: applying adhesive to custom lock-ups, assisting in the off-bearing of laminated materials to construct lock-ups, and installing hardware onto the lock-ups. Proficiency in using air guns for bolting is also required. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform bending, twisting, and pulling motions without limitations is essential.
