Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our production team, you will engage in various manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is essential as you may rotate through different roles on the production line. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with team members in roles such as helper, indexer, feeder, packer, and catcher.
  • Performing physical tasks including lifting, moving, and stacking products.
  • Conducting visual inspections of products to ensure quality and quantity.
  • Supporting quality control initiatives to uphold food safety and quality standards.
  • Reporting equipment issues promptly to supervisors.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive atmosphere.
  • Following all safety policies, including food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Assisting with cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas.

Work Environment:

This position operates within a manufacturing setting, which may be noisy. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication.
