About the Role

The Cafeteria Cashier is a key member of our food and beverage team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets guests with a smile and thanks them upon departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Tenders all transactions correctly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assists with preparing and serving food to customers, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Provides attentive, cheerful, courteous, and professional customer service to all guests, striving to exceed their expectations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in high-volume food and beverage operations is preferred.
  • Previous cashier experience is also preferred.
  • Must possess good math skills and be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Must be able to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with supervisor personnel, coworkers, and the general public.
Working Conditions

The Cafeteria Cashier will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to noise and air quality. The position requires constant standing, walking, pushing/pulling, and use of hearing and smell. Physical factors include frequent carrying/lifting, stooping, reaching, and manual handling, with occasional sitting and kneeling.
