Building Maintenance Specialist

Available Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:50 a.m. to 3:10 p.m.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts both predictive and preventive upkeep on facility machinery.
- Ensures all workspaces and equipment are maintained in a safe condition.
- Adheres to and advocates for the company's safety protocols, procedures, and training.
- Guarantees compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Oversees the maintenance of Building, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Executes work orders and service requests promptly to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Maintains Plant Fire systems in optimal condition to ensure safety for all personnel and visitors.
- Regularly inspects fire extinguishers as part of a monthly schedule.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in facility maintenance, specifically with HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Self-driven problem solver with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
- Experience with forklifts and scissor lifts is preferred.
- Knowledge of IATF standards is advantageous.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
