Job Overview

Available Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:50 a.m. to 3:10 p.m.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts both predictive and preventive upkeep on facility machinery.
  • Ensures all workspaces and equipment are maintained in a safe condition.
  • Adheres to and advocates for the company's safety protocols, procedures, and training.
  • Guarantees compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in all maintenance activities.
  • Oversees the maintenance of Building, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
  • Executes work orders and service requests promptly to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains Plant Fire systems in optimal condition to ensure safety for all personnel and visitors.
  • Regularly inspects fire extinguishers as part of a monthly schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in facility maintenance, specifically with HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
  • Self-driven problem solver with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Experience with forklifts and scissor lifts is preferred.
  • Knowledge of IATF standards is advantageous.
  • Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
