About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Worker to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Wash dishes by hand or place them in a dishwashing machine, adhering to strict sanitation standards.
• Clean work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a hygienic environment.
• Utilize specific chemicals to clean equipment, ensuring compliance with sanitary standards.
• Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas, promoting efficiency and organization.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
