Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, effectively addressing intricate challenges.

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Fenergo system, addressing technical issues and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Ensure compliance of the platform with changing regulations and industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of experience with the Fenergo CLM platform, demonstrating hands-on involvement in deployment, customization, and optimization.
  • A proven history of successfully managing and delivering complex projects related to Fenergo.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards concerning client lifecycle management, KYC, and AML is highly advantageous.
