Clinical Nurse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Methodist Hospital Metropolitan. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in our Telemetry Unit.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality patient care.
- Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor in accordance with patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
- Lead by example, inspiring commitment to our organization's vision, mission, and values.
- Provide education and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nurse program.
- Registered Nurse License to practice in the state of Texas or an Active Multi-State RN Compact License.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- Minimum of one year of healthcare experience, preferably in Medical Surgical Telemetry or Medical Surgical/Ortho acute care hospital nursing.
