Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel nursing opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for a designated group of patients, delivering comprehensive care through the nursing process.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing interventions and patient care activities.
- Conduct initial patient assessments upon admission and develop tailored care plans based on individual and family needs.
- Implement and modify care plans as necessary, ensuring continuous evaluation of patient progress.
- Prioritize patient and staff safety by identifying and addressing potential hazards.
- Foster effective communication with colleagues and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and identify personal learning needs.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant nursing experience is required.
Work Schedule:
- Day shifts with a schedule of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, working three (3) days per week.
- Rotational holiday and weekend shifts may be required.
