About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Jim 'N Nick's BBQ. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dish hall station.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, and other equipment returned to the dish hall station by servers, bartenders, and server assistants or from other associates.
  • Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in a clean and organized manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
