Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Equipment Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Careers. As a key member of our Test Environment Support Administration (TESA) team, you will be responsible for providing Test Equipment (TE) integration, security consultation, troubleshooting, sustainment, and compliance to maintain test integrity and availability for our test systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test equipment integration plans and procedures
  • Provide security consultation and guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve test equipment issues to ensure minimal downtime
  • Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to develop and implement test environment support plans
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and five (5) years' prior relevant experience OR an Advanced STEM degree and 3 years' prior relevant experience
  • Experience with Windows operating systems in desktop and server environments
  • Experience with financial reporting activities, including Cost Account Management (CAM)
  • Excellent customer service and training skills, including oral and written technical communications
