- Develop and implement nutrition care plans that meet the unique needs of patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide evidence-based nutrition recommendations.
- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized plans for patients.
- Provide education and counseling on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics.
- Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or a related field.
- Master's degree or Advanced Practice Certification preferred.
- Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).
