Residential Case Manager Position

This case management role will focus on assisting clients in achieving stable housing solutions. You will work directly with individuals experiencing homelessness, including those with mental health and substance abuse challenges. As a Residential Case Manager, you will provide support with immediate needs such as healthcare, documentation, employment assistance, and other resources as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required - no exceptions
- Minimum 1 year of case management/social work experience required
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Proficient within multiple software systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish desired, not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations
- Empathetic and professional approach when working with clients
- Able to work collaboratively with internal and external contacts
- Strong problem-solving and judgment skills
Compensation: $24.00 per hour
