Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center, Inc. as an Ambulatory Licensed Practical Nurse.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Perform tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or licensed Physician.
- Document both objective and subjective physical findings and interventions, adhering to standards, organizational policy, and procedural guidelines.
- Participate in educational activities and assume responsibility for continued professional and personal growth.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure as LPN in the State of New Jersey.
- Current BLSHCP certification.
- 3-5 years clinical experience in pediatric or medical/surgical settings, with strong organizational skills preferred.
$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
