Job Summary:

As an ENT Specialist with The Queen's University Medical Group, you will provide high-quality patient care and teaching services in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your expertise in otolaryngology will be essential in delivering comprehensive care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and operative otolaryngology services to patients in various settings.
Share on-call coverage for the Medical Center according to current protocol.
Oversee and train assigned residents in a clinical and academic setting, including clinical instruction, surgical techniques, and general lectures.
Manage the clinical responsibilities and duties of inpatient and outpatient work areas of the Medical Center.
Participate in call schedule(s) and perform a specified number of unrestricted call days per month.


Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine or EC FMG certification.
Residency training in otolaryngology.
Board certified or board qualified in Otolaryngology. If board qualified, board certification within two (2) years of employment.
Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Hawaii.


Preferred Qualifications:

Two (2) years of inpatient and outpatient experience in a multi-hospital health system setting.
Qualified for an appointment on the faculty of the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine.
