The Position

We are seeking an experienced Galvanic Supervisor to lead our galvanizing department, responsible for managing a team of around 50 employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth production process, meeting quality, deadline, and cost-effectiveness targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the galvanizing department, overseeing daily operations and making strategic decisions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase employee engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Identify and address operational issues, implementing corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Training or further education as a galvanizing master or galvanic technician.
• Several years of professional experience in the galvanizing industry, with a proven track record of process improvement and team leadership.
