About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavioral services to individuals with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and cognitive disorders
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Manage scheduling and documentation for SLP therapy sessions
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current, unrestricted license as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Basic Life Support or cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
