Our Concept

We're a contemporary restaurant that offers an innovative take on American fare, accented with coastal Mediterranean and bold Middle Eastern flavors. Our modern aesthetic is paired with authentic service to deliver classic wood-fired dishes. We serve dinner daily, plus a weekday and all-day Sunday happy hour inside an elegant, indoor-outdoor space in the heart of Phoenix's Biltmore area.

What We're Looking For
  • We're seeking a fun and hospitable individual who is hard-working and able to regularly lift, move, and carry lbs.
  • Ability to be on your feet for an entire shift and keep up with business needs within the restaurant.
  • A team player with a positive attitude who can support the service team to ensure guest needs/requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • Detail-oriented and able to walk with graceful efficiency through the dining room to assist with service demands.
  • Must be available to work irregular hours, shifts, weekends, special events, and holidays.
Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a service-oriented position within a restaurant (ideally fine dining).
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to carry 3 hot plates comfortably and with grace.
  • Ability to occasionally stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop or kneel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
