To maintain our growth trajectory, we are seeking freelance licensed architects who are enthusiastic about mentoring aspiring architects on their journey to licensure.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis remote role involves facilitating virtual workshops aimed at assisting aspiring architects in overcoming challenges associated with the ARE 5.0 exams. Each week, you will lead sessions that empower participants to study effectively under your expert guidance. We will provide you with comprehensive training and lesson plans to ensure your success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading group discussions and guiding participants through structured exercises.
- Clarifying complex concepts and providing strategic advice for exam preparation.
- Engaging with participants on our online discussion platform, the Black Spectacles ARE Community, to address follow-up questions.
By joining us, you will play a vital role in our mission to support aspiring architects in achieving their licensure goals.
QualificationsThe ideal candidates for this position will possess the following:
- Current licensure as an Architect by NCARB.
- Access to reliable computer and internet services.
- Experience using Black Spectacles products for ARE preparation.
- Active practice in the field of architecture.
- Background in coaching or instructional roles.
- Availability for approximately 6-8 hours of work per month.
- Licensure achieved within the last 1-5 years.
- Availability on Sundays.
