Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff training, annual competencies, and new employee clinical orientation.
  • Conduct rounds to ensure clinical compliance, including periodic assessments of resident conditions.
  • Coordinate clinical services to uphold standard interventions in resident care.
  • Implement corrective actions in response to service quality issues.
  • Review and monitor documentation for clinical compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
