- Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice role.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with experience in Family medicine or primary care practice preferred.
- Active Advance Practice Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- Current National Board Certification in Family Practice.
