Job Summary

IntelyCare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality nursing care in post-acute care facilities in Central Falls, RI. As a CNA with IntelyCare, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at various facilities in our partner network.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities
  • Check vital signs and provide regular reports to the nursing team
  • Observe residents' conditions and alert supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, grooming, and feeding
  • Keep residents' living areas clean and sanitized
  • Communicate with family members and other visitors to address their concerns
Qualifications
  • Current Rhode Island CNA certification
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
