We are seeking a skilled and organized team member to join our MasterCorp Inc. team as a Hospitality Team Coordinator.

About the Role:

As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in coordinating the teams that shape the guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and coordinating all phone and radio calls
  • Delegating tasks and workload between Associates equally
  • Recording lost and found items and ensuring safe storage
  • Filing daily paperwork
  • Maintaining a sense of urgency so units are turned on time
  • Assisting in linen inventories and supplies as directed
  • Assisting in solving guest complaints promptly
  • Making guest deliveries as directed
  • Reporting to work as scheduled, in proper uniform, and following company appearance standards
  • Consistently maintaining a positive, friendly, helpful attitude that ensures a positive guest experience
  • Complying with safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Proven planning and scheduling capabilities
  • Previous experience a plus, but not required
