- Interpret global industry trends, customer requirements, and business objectives to develop procurement plans.
- Execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Supply Chain Operations:
- Oversee sourcing, logistics, inventory management, and distribution processes.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to address potential supply disruptions.
- Procurement Process Execution:
- Build and execute the procurement process to ensure timely fulfillment of procurement requests.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to build solid supply chain management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, engineering, or a relevant field. MBA is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, processes, and technologies.
- Proven track record of leading procurement transformations and implementing processes.
