  • Supply Chain Operations:
    • Oversee sourcing, logistics, inventory management, and distribution processes.
    • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to address potential supply disruptions.
  • Procurement Process Execution:
    • Build and execute the procurement process to ensure timely fulfillment of procurement requests.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to build solid supply chain management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, engineering, or a relevant field. MBA is preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, including 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, processes, and technologies.
  • Proven track record of leading procurement transformations and implementing processes.
