Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role within a collaborative team, providing essential support to the firm's commercial real estate brokers. This position involves managing various graphic projects, property marketing initiatives, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively within a close-knit team, fostering positive relationships and assisting colleagues with various requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to a dynamic sales team, maintaining a proactive and positive attitude.
- Create and compile marketing materials using Kidder Mathews branded templates, ensuring prompt delivery and minimal revisions.
- Edit and enhance property images, floor plans, and other visuals using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, adhering to brand standards.
- Design layouts for proposals, flyers, newsletters, and other marketing collateral using InDesign.
- Generate reports and create maps and presentations utilizing demographic and mapping applications.
- Uphold the Kidder Mathews brand by advising agents on design choices that align with the firm's prestigious standards.
- Provide administrative assistance for legal documents, proposals, and other sensitive materials.
- Operate and maintain office equipment, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Conduct research and manage special projects as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
- Cross-train in front desk operations to support the Administrative Services Coordinator and Office Manager during their absences.

Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- At least three years of office experience and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite in a professional setting.

Work Environment
This role is situated in a standard office environment, characterized by typical office sounds and activities. The position may require occasional physical activity, including lifting and moving items.
