Penn State Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced medical environment, providing top-notch care to patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide individualized, innovative, and specialized care to patients. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of improving health through patient care, research, education, and community outreach.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health problems and needs
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans
  • Maintain accurate medical records
  • Administer medications to patients while monitoring for reactions and side effects
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
Requirements
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $85,000-$110,000 based on industry standards and location.
