Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory, including coronary angiography and angioplasty.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and imaging systems.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education, ensuring a positive experience for patients and their families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Cardiac Catheterization Technologist or related field.
  • ARRT certification and current licensure in the state of Kentucky or RCIS certification.
  • Experience with McKesson and Cerner EMR systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
