We are seeking a skilled Construction Craftsman to join our team at Neivel Precision Plumbing and Mechanicals LLC. This is a full-time position in a commercial and industrial setting with occasional light commercial to residential projects.

• Nail guns, screeds, floats, masonry trowels, wheelbarrows, putty knives, ladders, scaffolding, and other tools of the trade will be utilized daily.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.

This role involves operating machinery, lifting and transporting heavy objects, posting warning signs and hazard labels, constructing and moving temporary structures, and performing minor repairs in electrical, carpentry, and plumbing fields.

• Measuring tape, line levels, crowbars, sledgehammers, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, and other hand tools are essential for this role.
• Familiarity with construction materials, such as bricks, concrete, and stone.
• Able to assist skilled mechanics with mechanical work, installation, and repair.
• Basic knowledge of painting techniques and minor painting work.

• A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.
