We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Representative at Wild Bill's Tobacco. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

About the Role:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, including greeting customers, answering phone calls, and addressing their needs in a positive manner.
  • Answer questions and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote our products and services through effective marketing efforts and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with all functions within the retail store, including cash handling, inventory management, and deposits.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in retail environments and customer service preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.
  • Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible scheduling availability.

Estimated Salary:
