Key Responsibilities::


As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will play an essential role in our medical team, providing direct care to patients and supporting clinic operations.

We seek a collaborative team member who fosters a positive atmosphere and is eager to work within a diverse healthcare team.


Your Duties Will Include:
Operating in a dynamic medical office environment

Assisting healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care

Measuring and documenting vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, etc.)

Executing basic medical tasks such as blood draws and EKGs

Collecting and preparing laboratory samples

Documenting patient information in electronic health record (EHR) systems

Handling phone inquiries and communicating information to healthcare providers

Complying with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality

Contributing to a supportive and cooperative team atmosphere

Qualifications We Seek::

Familiarity with medical terminology and standard medical documentation is preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory)

Medical Assistant Certification or Registered Medical Assistant is preferred – certification must be obtained within a specified timeframe if not currently certified (we provide assistance in this process)

Licensed Practical Nurses – NC licensure is preferred (we cover license renewal costs)

Experience in medical phone triage is advantageous

Willingness to assist at nearby clinical locations as required

Bi-lingual candidates are preferred, but not mandatory – additional hourly compensation for language skills is available
