Conductor Trainee

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Conductor Trainee to join our team at BNSF Railway. As a Conductor Trainee, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of freight trains across our vast network.

• Switch railcars and ensure safe train movement
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
• Monitor and report daily work
• Operate track switches and derails to change train routing
• Inspect cars and track conditions

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to work safely in extreme weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
• Ability to see, learn, and interpret hand signals
• Ability to work at various heights above the ground
