Dishwasher Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Seasonal Dishwasher at Higgins Beach Inn. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our dishes, glassware, and utensils.

• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils, and place them in racks to be washed.
• Stack and store clean and dry dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
• Sweep, scrub, and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area, adhering to all safety and sanitation procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a full-service kitchen environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for long periods.

• Competitive hourly rate: $16-$19 per hour.
