About the Role
  • Provide individualized care to pediatric patients in their homes, promoting their physical, emotional, and developmental well-being.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as required.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • RN or LVN with a current, valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Current CPR certification.
