Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, education, skill level, and geographical location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match and paid time off.

Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Remediation Engineer to lead our remediation engineering practice in New Providence, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in environmental and remediation engineering design, construction, and operation, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement remediation systems using in-situ technologies like Enhanced In-Situ Bioremediation and In-Situ Chemical Oxidation.
  • Develop and track multiple project budgets, scopes, and schedules for regulatory submittals and consulting documents.
  • Interpret geological, hydrogeological, and chemical data to evaluate and optimize soil and groundwater remediation systems.
  • Lead dynamic project teams and perform quality analysis/control of deliverables.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior engineers and develop new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications

We require a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, along with 8-25 years of experience in remediation engineering. A Registered Professional Engineer or PE eligibility in New Jersey is also necessary. Additionally, we seek candidates with a strong understanding of New Jersey environmental site remediation regulations and technical guidance.

Preferred qualifications include an M.S., M.Eng., or PhD degree in environmental, civil, bioenvironmental, or chemical engineering, as well as experience managing junior engineers or project teams.
