The Finance Technology Operations Lead plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to the Tech Operations team. This position is designed to align with the overarching goals of the organization, as well as to assist both the Senior Manager of Finance Tech Operations and the Assistant Manager of Finance Tech Operations. The Lead will ensure consistent service delivery across shifts, guiding the Technical Team through departmental protocols and maintenance initiatives related to Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the Senior Manager and Assistant Manager of Finance Tech Operations.
- Serve as a role model for the team in customer service excellence and teamwork promotion.
- Uphold the company’s mission by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Act as the primary contact for department personnel and other divisions within the organization.
- Oversee the daily responsibilities of Tech 1 and Tech 2 staff.
- Ensure the proper functioning and scheduled maintenance of TRs, Quick Jacks, and all cage equipment.
- Collaborate with IT and Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and balancing of equipment.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for all levels within the Tech Operations department.
- Adhere to all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations, ensuring compliance with the established program.
- Maintain accurate records and files as directed by management.
- Ensure adherence to Key Controls and manage inventory of parts and equipment.
- Work alongside management on departmental projects, including maintenance and system upgrades.
- Liaise with vendors to guarantee the optimal performance of machines.
- Assist cage staff with customer disputes and equipment-related issues.
- Exhibit leadership within the department, serving as a point of communication for concerns to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
