Job Overview

Position: Production Assembler

Location: Archbald, PA - MFC

Role Summary:

The Production Assembler is responsible for executing a range of tasks that vary from repetitive to complex assembly operations on electronic and mechanical components. This includes working on assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize diagrams and schematics to perform initial layouts.
  2. Employ hand tools, power tools, jigs, and saws for assembly tasks.
  3. Conduct continuity checks on both in-process and finished work.
  4. Perform quality inspections on the production line in line with established quality standards.
  5. Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies according to specifications under controlled conditions.

Work Schedule: First Shift Hours: 6:00am-4:30pm EST following a 4x10 schedule, on-site.
