We are seeking a skilled Welder to contribute to our operations. As a prominent player in the industrial services sector, we pride ourselves on our extensive experience and diverse project portfolio. Our focus spans multiple industries, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and quality.
Core Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety by identifying potential hazards and communicating with supervisors.
- Plan and execute welding layouts and processes in accordance with technical specifications.
- Perform welding in various positions using a range of equipment.
- Maintain and inspect welding tools and machinery.
- Conduct thorough testing and inspection of welded joints to detect any imperfections.
- Interpret blueprints and measurements to develop effective welding strategies.
- Assist with material handling and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Comply with safety regulations and project guidelines consistently.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed.
- 3-5 years of experience in welding, particularly with carbon and stainless steel.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills and a readiness to travel.
- Able to work under challenging conditions and at heights.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting, reaching, and repetitive actions.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform various physical activities such as standing, walking, kneeling, and climbing.
- Good vision is necessary to ensure safety during tasks.
