- Administer and prescribe physical agents, modalities, and exercise programs to promote patient recovery and rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication with patients and families.
- Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide education on self-care and prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, adhering to regulatory requirements and Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy training program with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy or a related field.
- Current Physical Therapist License (Colorado) or eligibility letter prior to first day of employment.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
- Member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
This position requires working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with frequent interactions with patients, families, and healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
