Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our sales floor team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor environment, ensuring accurate transactions, and promoting our products and services.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are ever the same. You will have the chance to interact with a diverse group of members, resolve issues, and build strong relationships that drive business results.

Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor environment, including restocking shelves and rotating merchandise.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns, exchanges, and other customer requests.
- Provide exceptional member service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making product recommendations.
- Promote Sam's Club products and services through demonstrations, sampling, and other engaging activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and support each other in meeting objectives.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse groups of people.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
