Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough health assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address any health concerns.
- Train and supervise caregivers on resident health needs, including medication administration and treatment protocols.
- Document and implement physician orders, ensuring accurate and timely care.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and social workers to address health concerns and provide support.
- A competitive hourly wage of $40-$45 per hour.
